Indira Gandhi National University (IGNOU)
The Chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC), Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar launched the Indira Gandhi National University (IGNOU) Four Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUP) on January 10, 2024. The IGNOU FYUP is introduced during the inauguration session of the 2-Day National Seminar on ‘G20 Presidency and India’s Global Leadership Role.
The IGNOU FYUP will allow a student to study one or more specialized areas of interest at an advanced level, across a range of disciplines including sciences, social sciences, arts, humanities, languages, and professional, technical, and vocational fields. IGNOU FYUP offers 19 Programmes through Open and Distance Learning (ODL).
