About College:
Mithila Teacher’s Training College was established in the year 2007 (10.06.2007) under the sponsorship of charitable and Welfare Trust (Regd.) named “Milli Foundation”. The institution is self-financed an un-aided institution founded by minority community and being run without financial aid and assistance of the Govt. It is based on no Profit no Loss basis and fully un-aided and charitable and works for the welfare of all communities irrespective of any religion, cast and creed and students are admitted to the institution on the basis of their merit. The institution was granted recognition by the ERC, NCTE Bhubaneswar and affiliation the Lalit Narayan Mithila University respectively under Notification No.ERC/7-99.6 (1) 9/2009/921 dated 30th July, 2009. The Institution has been dully affiliated to Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga vide letter no.11/2010 dated 02-01-2010.

Admission Procedure:
ELIGIBILITY for B.Ed.
Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and /or in the Master’s Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/ Humanity, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme.
ELIGIBILITY for D.El.Ed.
Candidates with at least 50% marks in the higher secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination are eligible for admission.
