Gorakh Singh College of Professional Education has a mission to prepare competent need based human resource and responsible citizens for technical and competitive profession through dissemination of knowledge, development of technical skills and create an environment and commitment of all stakeholders for continuous improvement in performance and quality of the society. The college is conveniently located at Maharajganj Disttrict- Siwan (Bihar) , on Siwan-Pagamberpur road. in very natural congenial surroundings It is about 1 k.m from Maharajganj town (Siwan).
The B. Ed. is a two years professional teacher training course approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Our institution is under Jai Prakash University, Chapra. The course curriculum intends to professionally equip future teachers with all the requisite theoretical knowledge and practical skills required by the teachers to handle the challenges of the classrooms of the new millennium. On the completion of the course an external exam is conducted by the university and the successful candidates are awarded degree by Jai Prakash University, Chapra (Saran) Bihar.

• The B.Ed. program aims to train teachers for the secondary schools in all over India and abroad.
• The curriculum, pedagogy and the systems of this course is strictly followed by NCTE Bhubaneswar, B.R.A. Bihar University

• The emphasis of this course is given to the development of knowledge, teaching skills with other experimental course.

• D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) Duration: 2 Year

  Eligibility: Duration: 2 Years Eligibility: Eligibility: Intermediate with 50% marks (any subject) from any recognized Board. The reservation and relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD and other categories shall be as per the rules of the Central Govt. / State Govt.
