About us :
The College was established in 1985 with the efforts of well-known educationist and Professor from Patna University Dr S. K. Bose . The well-meaning people of the area contributed establishing the only College devoted to the education of women in the area. Even today (after 33 years of establishment) this institution is fulfilling the dream of its founders and producing highly competent assets for the state and country.
The College premises is quite sprawling on the Patna – Danapur main link road with sufficient infrastructure which has all the basic amenities and sufficient accommodation. There is enough open space for co-curricular activities for the students. The College is currently inhabited on a plot of land 2.12 Acre and is expanding in about 2.96 acres of gairmajarua land settled in favour of Danapur Degree Mahila Mahavidyalaya. Which in term makes a campus of 5 Acers. The college takes care of the security and well being of the students. Premises has proper boundary wall and gate.
